Build/Tear Down Stations & Off-Line Sub Stations
When parts come off the assembly line not to specification, you need a way to repair those products in the most cost effective manner. When the assembly line goes down, why stop running production? You need to develop a sub station to complete that task until the line is back up and running. Stegman Tool can develop all of these cost saving stations to save parts and to keep employees working. At the end of the day these stations help your bottom line. We can build stations to rebuild engine components, axles, and other large production parts. We also include specialized hand tools for the worker to accomplish these tasks with ease. Off-line substations can be developed to accomplish just about any procedure that the assembly line can due. These stations can be pneumatic, hydraulic, air over oil, or mechanical. They can also tell the operator when tasks are met and verify that the part has been manufactured complete.
