By achieving this registration we are able to give our customers assurances that when we undergo any project they have complete confidence that no detail will be overlooked in our pursuit for customer satisfaction and quality.
Using the most up-to-date Coordinate Measuring Machine technology today, we are able to give our customer the confidence they need and deserve when sending projects for qualification at Stegman Tool. By using our Zeiss UMC 850 we are able to inspect our own projects to the highest level of inspection and we are also able to qualify our customers' production parts and gages as well. With the latest Calypso software available from Zeiss and the gear inspection software included, there is no item we cannot prove for our customer. We also take extra steps such as serializing parts with our computerized engraver and detailing all inspection reports such as PPAPs, First Article Tests, and part qualifications to reflect the serial number.
