Bridgport Proto-Trak Mill (sometimes called EZ Trak)  3-Axis programmer/operator. Must have own measuring equipment to perform job. Responsibilities include programming, setup, and operating the machine to manufacture OEM parts, prototype parts, metal removal cutting tools, and machine detail parts. Geometric tolerancing and blueprint reading required for position. MAZAK Turning Centers running MAZATROL, machine setup, and have own measuring equipment to perform job. Responsibilities include programming,setup, and operating the machine to manufacture OEM parts, prototype parts, metal removal cutting tools, and machine detail parts. Geometric tolerancing and blueprint reading required for position. CMM Programmer/Lay-Out Inspector. Job requires extensive knowledge of GD&T, use/set-up of metrology measurement checking instruments, and complex CMM Programming. Programming of a Zeiss CMM running Calypso software is also beneficial to applicant along with ISO 17025 quality background. Position also required to calibrate all in-house measuring instruments or gages. We manufacture non production, short run parts, holding close tolerance up to .0001 of an inch, so complex CMM programming will be required with many different set-ups. Position will be required to qualify such dimensions. Job has health benefits and 401K.

Layout inspector needed for in-process and final inspection. Must be capable of performing precision measurements with such tools as caliper, micrometers, height gages, shadow graph, and other precision tools. Strong knowledge of GD&T will be required for job. Position is not a production part inspection. Many different set-ups are used and applicant must be able to do all of his/her own build ups. Health Benefits and 401K available.
